Send your MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance and signed carrier packet. Reefer loads require active reefer breakdown coverage.
Every load is covered by a written rate confirmation before dispatch. No verbal-only agreements, on either side.
Send the signed POD and invoice to our billing address. Factoring companies welcome — include the notice of assignment with your packet.
